9: Roster the People

The new Academic Year approaches in College Athletics, and one of the key sticking points for the House Settlement going through was how Rosters will look for different sports going forward. There is an entire new set of rules for how many spots are available, how you can replace them, and what you can do for athletes that had roster spots before the change.
